Cancellation Policy
Payments for paid services are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times with proper notice. Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in the session or booking being forfeited. If Enivid Fitness cancels, you may reschedule at no additional cost. Late arrivals receive the remaining scheduled time and sessions still end at the original end time.
